Omg, is this for real? THAT...was pathetic. Read Motor Trend's review of the Amanti...it gets the lowest rating of any car.

My Optima EX V6 is 4-5 years old. It has been in the shop 0 times.
My barely souped-up Kia can outrun most Mustang's, Camaro's, and Integra Type R's around here (all $25,000+ dollar cars).
So.... Kia' suck? You just hate 'em because "it's the cool thing to do".

Yeah the '07/'08 Amanti's are very quick. Same engine/transmission as the 2006-2008Hyundai Azera. The Azera does 0-60 MPH in 6.4seconds.
The new Hyundai Genesis will be even faster. The 4.6L V8 Genesis will have 375 HP and will do 0-60 MPH somewhere around 5.2to 5.5 seconds. The 3.8L V6 Genesis will have 290 HP and will do 0-60 in around 5.9 to 6.2 to seconds. These are just guesses --- and we'll see what kinds of number Car and Driver can pull off at the track in a couple months.

They also firmed up the suspension so that it is not so soft like before. Take one for a test drive.

They have a 3.8 liter V6 with 264 horsepower. I bought an '07. It's great in every way! |
